5. Pre-Orders & Backorders

6. Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

• Returns must follow our official process via the MAEN Return Portal.

• All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

• Opened perfumes, sprays, or personal-use products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment.

• We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

User-Generated Content (UGC)

• By tagging or submitting content featuring MAEN, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit, and share it in marketing materials without compensation.

Influencers & Affiliates

• Partnerships must be pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized representation of MAEN is prohibited.

Reviews & Public Statements

• Honest feedback is welcome, but defamatory or false claims may result in legal action.

12. Intellectual Property
