MAEN Shipping Policy

At MAEN, we want your order to arrive quickly, securely, and in perfect condition. Please review our shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:

United States (all 50 states)

Canada
-
Puerto Rico
We do not ship to other countries or territories at this time.
2. Processing Times

All in-stock orders require 3–5 business days to process before shipment.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. holidays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Order Cut-Off Times

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours.

Any order placed after 2:00 PM EST will be considered as placed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times

Once shipped, orders typically take 3–5 business days to arrive.

Total delivery time for in-stock orders is up to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Delivery estimates do not include delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order items will ship on or around the expected delivery date stated on the product page.

Once shipped, pre-order delivery times may range from 1–4 weeks, depending on your location and the carrier.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
5. Tracking Your Order

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

It may take 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico are the customer’s responsibility.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

MAEN is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

For damaged products upon arrival, you must contact support@maenofficial.com within 48 hours with your order number and photos of the damage.
8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Orders returned to us due to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.
9. Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet stated timelines, delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.
MAEN is not liable for delays caused by:

Weather events

Customs inspections

High seasonal order volumes

Any other events beyond our control
