This isn’t about deprivation or fake wellness. This is about giving your body what it actually needs to glow from the inside out. If it doesn’t support energy, beauty, or digestion, it’s not making the shelf.
These are the top ten staples that are always in my pantry — no trends, no gimmicks, just real girl wellness.
1. Chia Seeds
The unsung hero of every bloat-free, fiber-fueled morning. They help regulate digestion, support hormones, and keep you full. I add them to smoothies, yogurt, and overnight oats like it’s my job.
2. Organic Oats
A slow carb that doesn’t spike your blood sugar but still makes you feel warm, cozy, and nourished. Add cinnamon, nut butter, and berries and thank me later.
3. Herbal Teas
Peppermint, dandelion, ginger, fennel — these teas are my go-to for digestion, de-bloating, and calming anxiety without caffeine. They also give soft spa-core energy at home.
4. Bone Broth
This is your skin, gut, and joint’s best friend. Collagen-rich, mineral-loaded, and surprisingly satisfying. I sip it like tea or use it as the base for soups and grains.
5. Canned Wild Salmon or Sardines
Omega-3s, protein, and calcium in a can. They’re chic, they’re European-coded, and they keep me full and glowing. Add to salads with lemon and arugula.
6. Coconut Oil
For cooking, oil pulling, and moisturizing when I forget lotion. It’s anti-microbial, tastes like vacation, and doesn’t go rancid under heat like seed oils.
7. Tahini
Smooth, creamy, rich in calcium and healthy fats. I use it to make dressings, dips, or drizzle it over roasted veggies. It makes every meal feel elevated.
8. Apple Cider Vinegar
I’m not chugging it, but I do use it to support digestion and stabilize blood sugar. A splash in warm water before meals or in salad dressings goes a long way.
9. Sea Salt (Not Table Salt)
Unrefined sea salt or Himalayan salt gives you essential minerals and helps keep your cells hydrated. Yes, you need salt — especially if you’re ditching processed food.
10. Lentil or Chickpea Pasta
Because sometimes you just need pasta, but you also want protein and fiber. This gives you both, and it actually tastes good. Perfect for lazy hot girl dinners.
You don’t need a thousand products. You just need a few staples that work with your body instead of against it.
Keep your pantry stocked with real, functional foods and you’ll start to notice: fewer cravings, more energy, less bloating, clearer skin. It’s not magic — it’s minerals and fiber.
